Cash-out machines and cash level

Tell people a two-way machine has cash, without publishing amounts.

The hard part of cashing out is finding a machine that has cash right now. For machines that sell, you can report a level: Cash available, Running low or Out of cash.

Set it in the editor, or send cashStatus with each heartbeat (or cash_status in your feed).
It shows for 24 hours after each update, then hides until it's reported again, so it's never stale.
People can filter for Has cash. Never send an amount: a range is all a customer needs and all that's safe to publish.
