The hard part of cashing out is finding a machine that has cash right now. For machines that sell, you can report a level: Cash available, Running low or Out of cash.

• Set it in the editor, or send cashStatus with each heartbeat (or cash_status in your feed).
• It shows for 24 hours after each update, then hides until it's reported again, so it's never stale.
• People can filter for Has cash. Never send an amount: a range is all a customer needs and all that's safe to publish.
