You can change the business name, street, city and ZIP yourself in the listing editor. So nobody is sent to the wrong door, address and location changes are checked before they go live, usually within one business day. The old address stays up meanwhile.

At the machine? Under the waiting change, press Verify on site and take a photo of the storefront. If your phone is within 150 m of the new address, the change goes live right away and the photo becomes the listing's outside photo. If your phone's location is too rough, step outside and try again.

If the machine moved to a different store, close the old listing as moved instead and pick the new one, so links follow it. See Close, move or replace a machine.
