Add machines: one at a time, by spreadsheet or by API
Three ways in, all with a duplicate check so nothing is listed twice.
One at a time
Machines → Add machine. We check the address on a map before saving. If there's already a listing within about 30 meters, we show it and offer to edit it (if it's yours), claim it (if nobody has), or request a transfer, instead of creating a duplicate.
By spreadsheet
Import CSV takes a template you can download from the same page. You see a preview of every row (created, updated or an error) before anything is saved. Rows match your existing listings by your own External ID, and a row at the same spot as an unassigned listing claims it instead of adding a second pin.
Export my machines (CSV) on the same page downloads every machine in the same format, so the easiest way to make many changes is export, edit, re-import.
By API
POST /api/v1/machines/bulk creates or updates up to 500 machines per call and reports each row's result. See Heartbeats and the listing API.
