What the law requires of operators here:

• Daily limits: $1,000 a day for each new customer and $10,000 a day for each existing customer.
• Refunds and holds: New customers may request a full refund for fraudulent transactions made within 10 days of registering, if within 30 days after the last one they contact you and an agency and file a report.
