South Dakota rules for crypto ATMs

Since July 1, 2026: license, $1,000 a day and $10,000 a month, a 25% cap, warnings, receipts, refunds, reports and live support.

• Daily limits: $1,000 a day and $10,000 a month.
• Fees: Transaction charges limited to 25%.
