Louisiana rules for crypto ATMs
$3,000 a day per user and a 72-hour wait or cancellation right.
What the law requires of operators here:
- Daily limits: Maximum daily transaction limit of $3,000 for each user.
- Refunds and holds: Either wait 72 hours before processing a user's transaction, or let the user cancel within 72 hours for a full refund at your cost.
