Bitcoin ATMs in Merrillville, IN

Crypto ATMs are banned in Indiana

Kiosks are prohibited in Indiana, effective on passage (signed March 9, 2026).

Machines still listed here may be gone or switched off. If anyone tells you to pay at a crypto ATM, it's a scam.

What the law requires of operators here:

• Ban: "A person may not operate a virtual currency kiosk in Indiana."
