Daily limits, an on-screen fraud warning, receipts and refunds for some first transactions.

What the law requires of operators here:

• Daily limits: New customers (using the kiosk less than 7 days): $2,000 a day. Existing customers: $10,500 a day.
• Refunds and holds: Full refund within 72 hours of notice when a customer's first transaction went to a wallet or exchange outside the U.S. and they report fraud with proof within 60 days.
