What the law requires of operators here:

• Daily limits: New customers (first 10 days): no more than $2,000 cash a day. Existing customers: no more than $10,500 a day.
• Refunds and holds: A defrauded new customer gets a full refund, fees included, if within 30 days they contact you and law enforcement or the Attorney General and provide a report.
• Fees: The law sets no fee cap; fees must appear on the receipt.
