Crypto ATMs are banned in Tennessee

Since July 1, 2026, installing, operating or knowingly hosting a crypto ATM anywhere in Tennessee is a crime.

Machines still listed here may be gone or switched off. If anyone tells you to pay at a crypto ATM, it's a scam.

Not legal advice. Last checked October 28, 2026 against Public Chapter 766 (2026). Sources: TN General Assembly subject index: HB2505/SB2251, Pub.
